  1. Thank you. I was just hoping I have more time. If I’m being honest with myself I could definitely be better with my diet I am just nervous to undo all the hard work. I never imagined losing this much so to be honest I still don’t know what my comfortable weight is but I am definitely going to try to get ahead of it. I am hoping I can get back on track and I would like to be 175 I think that would be good.
  2. Hey everyone I had the switch in September of 2020. I was 419 pounds and got to the lowest point on October 14 where I was 172 pounds. However in the last 3 weeks I am back to 179. I’m getting all in my head and trying to figure out if I’m doing something wrong or is there going to be weight gain regardless. I just figured I had more time. Any feedback would be super amazing.
