My plan requires chewables for the first 3 months. So far I've been using Flintstone's Complete 2 of them a day. That kind was on the docs recommended list.

I take a regular multivitamin from Costco with no issue. Any reason why they have to be chewable?

Chewables until you’re healed, then normal are fine. I take BariatricPal One.

I've taken Centrum Silver (or the generic equivalent) since day 1. I started with the chewables and then switched over to regular tablets when I was about six months out. If you take grocery store or drug store vitamins, you'll probably have to take two a day to meet the requirements. With some bariatric-specific vitamins (but not all...), you only have to take one (but again - check. With some of those you also have to take two (or more) a day...)

I take the BariatricPal Multivitamin One Per Day Chewable with 45mg Iron. I get the mixed berry flavor and it tastes good. The price is right too - $15.00 for a 30-day supply, or it's even cheaper at $40.00 for a 90-day supply.
