    Hi Dee Dee I had my lap band on the same day as you! just found this site and thought I would join in as well. You are doing great - I'm down about 10 to 11 myself. The hardest part is drinking and the protein for me. Are you using a suppliment yet?? I was unable to purchase stuff at my Dr.s' and won't be back until 6 weeks post op. Wondering what's at GNC - that will work in the mean time. wish you all the best. Sandra
