I was hesitant at first too, but they are really good. There is no eggy smell or taste. I used olive oil spray and browned them in a skillet. My family even enjoyed them.

If it’s 2 weeks of pre-op liquid diet, you’ll be fine. However, I’d say take at minimum 2 weeks off after surgery because getting in protein and hydration is a full time job. I started feeling more like myself week 3
