    Mine was on the 10th as well. Yesterday I got all of my liquids in, but not nearly enough protein. This morning I am struggling just getting some liquid and pills in. I am getting cramping right at the bottom of my sternum. Almost like smaller versions of labor cramps. I am sipping Protein 2O so I can get both protein and liquid in. So glad to find some surgery twins. ?

    Hi All! I just found this forum. I had my surgery 2 days ago, and hope we can support each other. I spent one night in the hospital. Starting weight 286, surgery weight 260, today 259. I'm sore and bloated. Sipping away, trying to get fluids, proteins & pills in. How is everyone else doing? Any surgery twins?
