    Im So glad to hear you say how successful you are. I had surgery just yesterday but am already thinking about when I go back to work, also a nurse, so the same challenges. I use the same app so I’m going to set reminders up for myself and I think that’ll help me stay on track! Thanks for sharing your tips!
