  4. im thinking about geting the lab band but the more i read the more scared i get . i know that there are problems with wls. but i need to hear postive points too. i also know that is just a tool so i want to know if you guys think it is worth it? i will be done with my 6 months my ins. ask for in april so i dont have long . i dont know if i scared that it is getting near or what?:help:
