  1. April 12th I was sleeved I was 346 i now weight 230. Very happy with my results
  2. So my doctor never put me on a post diet. He said eat what ever you want. your gonna lose weight. April 12th and I’m a hundred pounds down. My goal is ten more pounds. but I haven’t lost any weight in 6 weeks. I can eat a whole sandwich. But then I’m stuffed. im active but I don’t go to the gym. seems like everyone but me had a good plan for post op
  3. I do my dr said it’s normal. Just keep doing what I’m doing. Im excited about the weight I’ve lost.
  4. I’ve lost 46 since the beginning pre op first. started at 336. I lost one pound in the last week. surgery date was 4/12
  5. My dr said the same thing. Week two I started mash potatoes by the end of the week I was able to grind real food in our magic bullet. Week three a started to get real food fish, hamburger with cheese. No bread yet. I eat very small portions and only twice a day. Still drinking protein shakes. I haven’t had any problems getting my water in. I keep a bottle of water on me.
  6. Good morning from texAs. I had surgery sleeve on 4/12 i started eggs and mash potatoes stage two last week once a day. Started full soft foods yesterday. I have a lot more energy now. but I haven’t lost any weight in three days. I’m not at all over eating. And I’m down 46 pounds since pre op diet. driving made me sick to my stomach last week. I’ve only thrown up once. I do wake up a little sick to my stomach everyday. Over all I’m doing pretty well. hope all goes well on your soft food and work. Thanks for letting me ramble on
  7. Yes. I had my surgery 4/12 your body is recovering from surgery. it will go in to fat burning mode soon.
  8. I had a hard time my first 5 days.I couldn’t roll over. It was hard to sleep. lots of walking helped. And drink ensures your body needs protein . keep reading the post here. Best support team Atleast for me good luck. Hope you feel better soon
  9. I feel good had gas pains for 5 days. wasn’t that bad. Just uncomfortable. Looking forward to eating real food in a few weeks. Looking forward to the journey a head
  10. I got super nervous a week before my surgery. I had the sleeve done on 4/12 I think it’s probably normal
  11. 4/12 was my sleeve surgery finally on day 6 no more gas pains. Im so excited about the next stage I can have wash potatoes and more soup. Good night all

  13. Hi Karla I feel pretty good. Do you still have gas pains ? I still have some on my right side. I am hungry. Havn’t had any issues drinking
  14. Try to walk a lot. It will help you pass gas. And drink lots of water. I’m on day 5 4/12 surgery I still have gas on my right side. Everyday it gets better good luck
  15. I had my surgery “sleeve” done on the 12th mom not having any problems drinking water. All though I’m learning to drink slower. I’m on day 4 post surgery. And I still have pain on my right side. right at the rib cage could that still be gas ? It hurts not go to the hospital hurt. But I definitely can’t sleep on my right side thanks
  16. Thxs. I’ve been drink about a gallon and a half a day. Today 4/12 is surgery day. I’m so ready to be on the other side of it. New life begins today
  17. Mine is tomorrow. Not liking the clear liquids only day. Sorry just nervous about the pain after surgery. I guess I just don’t know what to expect. I’m looking forward to the journey
