  1.    chiquitatummy reacted to a post in a topic: Taking bigger sips without pain?
  2. Me too! I have 2 more weeks on full Liquids before I progress to pureed diet, and I cannot believe how many times during the day I find myself thinking about egg salads, and pureed beans
  3. This has happened with plain water for me. I used to drink a lot of water before surgery, but since day 1 after surgery every single sip of water makes me violently sick. After 1 day, they switched water with apple juice, and I was fine. I'm 15 days post-op now, and I still cannot tolerate plain water. I dilute apple juice with water and it's fine as long as it has some flavour in it.
  4. I always had this problem with Protein shakes in the past, they all made me sick, so I was very worried. Luckily the clinic in Turkey gave me a very tasty brand BRVTL and they taste just like ice cream. I'm very worried now that since I don't live in Turkey and that brand is not available here, I will not find another protein shake that I can keep down. It will be a trial and error thing I guess.
