  1. This is not the first time I have heard this thanks so much!
  2. I have Pcos and everyone in my family is morbidly obese. Knowing that no matter what fad diet I go on no matter how much effort I put into my diet I will never be at a healthy weight. The weight will just keep piling on. Because of the way my body was made and my PCOS. I am so glad to of gotten this tool to help me not only with my eating disorder but to help me lose weight and live a healthy life with my son.
  3. My surgery date is Tuesday too! Good luck with surgery
  4. You guys get solids??? Lucky I’m on an all liquid diet 4 1/2 shakes a day and sugar free popsicles and jello and broth. It was hell the first week but it’s easy now!
  5. I have been waiting on surgery since January 2020. It’s been a long journey. My surgery is April 27 and I’m wondering what are some things I wouldn’t think of to bring to the hospital? What did you bring?
  6. I’m on day 8 of my 14 day pre op diet. Mind you I work around food all day, prepare meals for my boyfriend and children and I am doing ok. Detoxing the first 3 days was hard but now I’m used to it. Sometimes I smell regular food and feel Ill. MIND over matter.
  7. I’m scheduled for 4/27 my liquid diet starts 4/13 I’ve been waiting since January 2020 to get through this process so I’m excited! I’m getting surgery not just for weight loss but I have bad stomach problems which I got as a young adult from to many NSIDS.
