  1. Hi. I’m about 5 months out. I’ve lost 53 pounds. I’m kinda short so the weight looks like a huge difference on my body type. I have weeks that stall and don’t see any weight loss. So far I have been able to eat just about everything ( in small amounts) with no reactions. I do wish I was loosing weight at a faster pace but Slow progress is still progress.
  2. My surgery was April 6 . starting weight was 218 on March 18. surgery weight I was 209. im now 190, I don’t feel like I’m losing weight fast enough, which is really discouraging because I’m really sticking to this diet.
  3. I’m also 6 weeks and I have been getting hungrier. I’ve noticed what helps is drinking more water. I also keep focus on protein when I do eat. how much weight have you lost ?

  5. Sounds good! How many days are you post opp?
  6. I’m 3 days post op and I’m getting hungry. I’m wanting more then just clear liquids. I have this diet for another week then I can go on full liquids. It’s getting hard for me and this is only beginning.
  7. Wish you a fast and east recovery.
  8. Thank you for your kind response

  11. My surgery is tomorrow, I have to check in at 10am. everything was going fine until this last week. My husband is now telling me that it’s a waste of money and I should try to loose the weight by exercising. I’ve been exercising for about a year and have lost some weight but not all of it since I had my last baby. Anyway this last week I was considering not doing the surgery anymore and I even ate some food. I haven’t ate for the last 2 days but now I’m worried If I do go tomorrow I will get cut open and not get to have the procedure. sorry guys I’m just venting right now.

  13. You can overcome it just be strong . In just a matter of time you will be able to have closer to a regular diet.
  14. I’m glad it went good, congratulations!!
  15. I am 11 days away, I’ve been on a pre op diet for for 8 days. But today I cheated and I feel stressed that my surgery won’t happen now. the diet I’m on is 2 protein shakes a day and water. I feel horrible and I know I messed up, I just needed to vent.
  16. How did my your surgery go? I’m preop 11 days and I cheated bad these last 2 days and now I’m scared my surgery will be canceled.
