  1. I've lost 41 lbs total since preop and post surgery. Banded 6/26. I am stalling right now, but like the idea of a calorie boost day to re-jump start the metabolism. I have already gone down in pant size. Can't wait until my first fill !!!
  2. Wow!!! Congratulations, welcome to the club. Man two hours is fast!!!! Well hopefully that translates into super fast healing as well... Good Luck
  3. Hi Guys, I did the Clear Liquids for two days post op then full liquids (optifast) for total of two weeks. I was supposed to move on to puree diet today so I was looking forward to different taste. Made some egg salad and tuna salad and mashed potatoes. Had a decent day at work but realized when I got home that I didn't actually send the stuff through the blender . I chewed really well, but don't know if I royally screwed myself today:confused2:. Opinions needed... and Thanks in advance.
  4. Hi Tonty, What does your pre-op diet consist of? I just went through Optifast for two weeks before banding and am now on the full liquid phase post op. It takes getting past maybe day 2 or 3 and things get easier, but I remember starting off was rough. You can do it!!! Just keep in mind the reasons why and that helps you cope...
  5. Hi Guys, I was banded yesterday, by Dr Kim at the Prestoonwood surgery center. So far o good except every now and again getting some hiccup attacks and boy do they hurt. Any advice? Well have to walk.. you know gotta keep moving. thanks, obsidian
