  4. Hello everyone. I've been reading though the forum the past few days and found it really helpful. im currently 192lb bmi 31. I should say I live in Cyprus and I would be paying for the op. They stitch the band in place so it doesn't slip. Has anyone had the band with a lower BMI? How did you find it? Im a real grazer and I'm partial to a large portion size so I'm hoping this might curb that. I'd like to lose around 60lb and I'm really worried if I dont do something now I will continue to put on weight.
