  1. March 3rd, 2022, will be my one year post-op anniversary. I have lost 127 lbs. For a while now, everytime I eat something, I feel like I am gaining weight! I have this constant worry about it. I try on different clothes, just to make sure I am not, I check the scale regularly, etc. I love my success, and I would do it ten times over, if I had to, but I do not like this constant worry about weight gain.
  2. My surgery was on March 3rd. I am down 67 pounds, and feel great. However, I am losing my hair, and am devastated!! I read that it is not permanent. Any input???
  3. Surgery was March 3rd. I am on full liquid diet until the 19th. I have barely had any energy at all. I don't feel like the weight is dropping like it should. I feel it, but I don't see it like other's say they do. I do not feel like I am physically doing enough. Is there something else I should be doing at this point. Advice and Experiences please??
  4. I am glad all is going well for you, and I am so glad that I just read your post. I am waiting to go back now, for my surgery, and have been extremely nervous. I am calming down a little, after reading your post. Thanks. Anyway, speedy recovery to ya.?
  5. I am on day 5 of the pre-op liquid diet, and although I know the ultimate outcome is going to be well worth it, it is an absolute struggle at times! Surgery is 3/3/21. Wishing you well, on your way to the "New You."
