Just wear the binder which helps a lot and take it easy.

  9. Hello, new here. I was scheduled for February 18th for surgery, but due to no power and water in Houston it was canceled. I was on my 4th day of pre-op liquid diet, but stopped b/c of the cancellation and all the things going on right now. I’m going to start back on it tomorrow so I can be prepared when they reschedule my surgery. By day 3 I was okay, but the first two days were hard. It would be nice to lose 10-20 lbs before surgery. We got this, is just temporary.
