  1. The advice that both of you gave to me was helpful and reassuring. It has been along time since I was at 2cc. I am going to have to go back to watching what I eat. I am at a different place than when I was at 2cc and 50 pounds heavier. Everyday is a learning experience with the lap band. I look forward to this new phase.
  2. Hi, I had a fill in January. I was only able to eat a few bites of food and then i would have to throw up because of the pain. I also could not get fluids down either. I kept thinking that It would get better as the weeks went by but it didn't. I finally went to see the doctor and they discovered that i had alot of mucus from my allergies was filling my pouch and restricting the amount of food that I could eat. They took me from 3.2 cc down to 2cc. I now feel no restriction at all. I seem to be able to eat just like before I had the surgery. I am really having to watch what I eat and am afraid that I will gain all of my weight back. Has this happed to anyone else. Should I be overly concerned. I have also started to use the bodybugg to help me watch what I am doing.
  3. Hi, I just discovered this great site. I had lap-band surgery November 15, 2006. I have lost 75 pounds. I am so glad that I had the surgery done.
