Thank you. It's making me feel a little better knowing I'm not the only 1 who has experienced this, and that something isn't wrong with me. Right now I will focus on my fluid intake and take my protein intake day by day and not rush it.

I had my sleeve done Feb 10th so I'm 4 does po. But I am feeling so down. I have such bad shooting pains in my stomach that comes, and goes. Trying to get down protein drinks is the worst. My stomach cramps up so bad. I am feeling so discouraged and regretting getting this done. I have tried premier protein water thinking it would go down easier since it's clear, but the taste makes me sick. I'm trying to get my 64oz of water a day in but that's a far stretch. Has anyone had this issue? Does it get better because right not it's making me depressed. I just want to be able to drink something without hurting. I take sips so it's not like I'm gulping it fast. I just need some inspiration because right now I feel hopeless. I'm stressing over losing hair because I can't get my protein drinks down. I can only get 30 grams down maybe 40 and that's a push.

I just had my sleeve done on the 10th of Feb as well. Mine hasn't been a easy process. I have been so nauseous couldn't keep anything down, pain was extremely hard. I also had a live biology done so I have a drained hose from my stomach. I can't tolerate protein shakes, so we are trying the protein water. I'm hoping to go home today from the hospital. I am definitely in the regretting I got this surgery phase.
