  1. I feel the same way but I’m only 2 weeks out. I’ve gone through 3 different kinds of protein shakes and I just hate them. I give up half way through one. Anything I put in my stomach makes me feel ill. I’ve been able to avoid throwing up thus far but there have been a number of close calls. The only thing I enjoy is a glass of COLD water (I’m talking ice to the rim and slowly trickling in some bottles water every couple minutes.) My mother keeps trying to make me eat something but I really don’t want to. Everytime I eat I end up spending the next 1-2 hours actively trying to keep it down.
