  1. So i try to eat slow but it’s so hard. Also sometimes I eat late lastnight at 7:30pm I had alittle bit of chilli and couldn’t lay down for 2 hours. I try to eat all through out the day.   2. I had surgery March 30th.. I can ever only eat 2 bites of food. And I can always feel it in my chest.. does anyone else have this issue?
  3. I have the multivitamin without iron and mine is in a form of a patch I got from the gastricPal site. All my blood work comes back great.. I put it on everyday after the shower. It stays on for atleast 8 hours.. and I feel great

  5. So I had surgery March 30 2021 and I was wondering if anyone knows how long I have to wait before I can wear a waist trainer?
  6. My vision has changed to since my surgery that was March 30th But I haven’t got it checked and I really didn’t think anything of it.... that’s crazy
  7. Thank you I did use them at the hospital and it didn’t work. However I haven’t had any nausea today thank god. But I do get dizzy from standing sometimes. Do you know how I can reach my protein level like is there pills or something because I can’t drink a whole protein shake.
  8. I had surgery on the 30th I also have that same feeling.. sometimes I think it’s gas.. but really I don’t know. Maybe it’s just our body getting use to it.
  9. I had surgery on the 30th I can’t really drink water either so I mix apple juice with the water. I do get nauseous all the time. They said that it’s normal. Any juice I have I do water it down even if it is sugar free it’s easier for me to tolerate
  10. I’m on day 2 and I tend to get nauseous. And I’m in pain.. so I hope your right. I just pray it gets better
  11. So I had surgery for the sleeve on 3/31. I guess in my head I didn’t feel like I would be in that much pain after but I was. The gas pains hurt so bad. It’s now the next day and they have me drinking water mixed with apple juice. I have to stay 2 days because I had my goal bladder out also. Even through the pain I would do it all again.

  13. Day 2 of my liquid diet.. and it’s definitely hard. Probably one of the hardest things I ever done. However I can tell it gets easier as today was easier then yesterday.

  15. Yes the same with me March 30th.. I did go get some protein shakes and some powder I feel like this will be the hardest part lol.. I’m super excited to get it done.. I’m actually so excited I’m not even scared I just want it so bad. But I will think of you that day and keep you in my prayers. It’ll be neat to reach out to you after we are out of surgery.. ttys ?

  20. So I did all my appointments that I had to do. The only thing I didn’t do was see the psych. I go back and see the surgeon March 4th. Could it be that I don’t have to see them.
  21. I’m guessing the last step is to see the psychiatrist. I heard this was the hardest part. And actually determines if your insurance will approve you or not. Can anyone give me any advice on this?
