Slow weight loss and gas stopped
Hi so I'm 5.5 months after bypass I've lost 4.3 which is low compared to most. I have another 2 st to lose and am worried this is it now? I actually put on 2lbs this week. But I know my food wasnt great last week. I've heard alot say 6 months the weight loss stops and mine has never been great. Has anyone experienced this and then list a bit more?

So slow losing
Hi so I'm 12 weeks post bypass and my weight loss is not great at all. I'm only at 3 stone now since lrd. I've 3.5 st more to lose but it jst seems like nothing is happening. I go up and down the same 3 lbs in the last 2 weeks. I'm realy worried that this is it my weightloss has stopped already after paying all that money. I use mfp to track my calories and I'm still in a big deficit so why am I not loseing. I havent had a big loss in weeks I dont know where I'm going wrong

Barely loseing
Thank you, I've heard of the 3 week stall but never week 1 it threw me a bit and I've been feeling down as my weightloss is not near people that had surgery on the same day. It's very hard not to compare although I'm trying. I'm still in quarrantine due to covid restrictions in my Country but definitely looking forward to get walking. Thanks alot.

Barely loseing
Hi so I'm new here and was wandering if anyone else is going through the same? I'm 13 days PO and I've barely lost anything. Week one I was so excited to weigh but I lost nothing! I've never heard of anyone who didn't lose alot week 1. Into week 2 and I'm only down 6Ibs and I realy dont know why. I'm sticking to everything I'm supposed to, barely managing 3 to 500 calories a day and havent cheated with anything. Has anyone had similar problem? My clinic just told me up my protein but I should still be in liquid stage. Tia
