  1. Did you increase your exercising during your plateau? I'm trying to find ways to "push" myself out of the plateau. BTW folks, any types of exercising you did to help you move forward will be a great help to me. I loved walking before the pandemic because our work had an excellent bridge for walking, across and around, but since I'm working from home, I am unable to due to the neighborhood I live in. It doesn't have to be walking at home exercises either. Thanks!
  2. My gastric bypass surgery was August 2020. I was originally 265 and not am stuck at 197 pounds. It's 8 months and I've been at 197 for a month now. Any suggestions? It cant be a plateau or is it? I can understand Joie0005's frustration with plateauing and not losing weight.
