  1. thats great Aubrie!! I am from Corpus Christi, I was banded Jan 08. its been an year already. Doing great, love my band. I'm down 140lbs. Still have more to go. I've been at a standstill for about 2 months already, I'm gonna have to try harder! Its not as easy as it was the 1st 6 months.
  2. just wondering if there is still anyone from Corpus christi out there???
  3. Don't worry! If anything, it increases your chances of getting approved by the insurance. I had sleep apnea, had it for 3 years. I got banded at the beginning of Jan 08 by the end of Jan, I didn't need to sleep with my machine. I don't have anymore sleep apnea. Loosing weight will get rid of it in most cases. And even if you happen to be one of few that will not be able to get rid of it, its no biggy, You'll get use to sleeping with a machine. But if you are obese over weight, chances are you will get rid of it. Good Luck!
  4. my opinion...go see another Dr. 30 days is ridiculous! I was on a 7 day pre-op liquid. Some people will only do 3 days. Good Luck!!
  5. Joan, May God Bless You! You are in my prayers! Keep the faith! It will all be good!!:tt2:
  6. Just wondering if anyone has taken a fat burner with lapband? example..Lipozene??
