Hi.... Walla i have been drinking and drinking only. Water water water . I am tired of it already. Lool . Had a juice today. But dunno how to get soup . Normal meat soup or bone soup really sucks . Protein is ok but my dietition told me not to do it with Milk yet. So thats again with water in the mornings.... thanks on the pureed food . I was thinking of buying baby food but your suggestion does soung yummy will definitely try .

Thanks a lot . What a lovely name, Rehmet . I know “ rehmat “ means blessing in farsi language. I guess Rehmet should be the same. About the WLS, i just wanna pass the 1st month and at least try to eat normal food. Started walking etc which are all fine. But for some reason i feel i am hungry all the time :))

Hi Everyone , My name is Ahmet . I live in Dubai. Until end of university, even first 2 years of my work i used to have a good body. I dunno what happened but i found myself rapidly gaining weight afterwards . Did diets.. Healthy eating. Gym. Even Liposuction ( what a waste of money.. pff ) I had to go through all these ups and downs to finally decide on gastric sleeve surgery. Its exactly my 7th days from the day of my surgery .
