Greendragonfly, I have the same issue with the sweetness of protein shakes... I have found a Flavorless protein powder that I really enjoy, it's GenPro2. I get mine at GNC, but it is also on amazon. I also have found that if i pour the premade protein drinks into popsicle molds and freeze them then i can tolerate them better. I have already done my hospital check in just waiting for the same day surgery nurse and anesthesiologist to call for the "interview" with them for the day of information. Looking forward to walking this path with you ! One day at a time !

I am a Retired Army Medic. I still have Tricare and my provider & I decided that the Gastric Sleeve would be a good tool for me. She referred me and my 1st appointment with the special clinic at the Military Tmt Facility is on 04 Jan 2021. I am excited, but yet nervous about all the unknows. I have no idea what the process will entail as it is at the MTF. I do know that unknowingly I have already completed a lot of the pre requirements for surgery looking for answers to medical conditions I am already dealing with.
