  1. By the way, how much cal do you think I should at least eat in a day?
  2. Oh really? Didn't think it was that urgent...my surgeon doesn't really care about the calories, he says I should eat only when I'm hungry but he did tell me I should eat more frequently in a day. But it's hard since I'm trying to drink 1 liter (especially since I had kidney stones). I'll contact him soon to tell him about that. Thanks!
  3. Are 100 calories a day too little? I'm eating 3 times a day but it's always less than a bite, that's my limit. However in each videos or forum post I see, people tend to eat at least half a cup or more, about 600-800 cal a day 2 months post op. I drink a glass of milk/juice a day in addition to the meals.
