So true this forum has really helped me I really been stressing so thank you I understand the process alot more i was just looking at people with big losses and I genuinely though something was wrong and it wasn’t working but I genuinely feel reassured so thank you ....i’ll stop panicking and trust the process I appreciate your reply THANK YOU

Thanks for checking that’s exactly how i feel ...im worried it wont wont work and that im loosing too slow not drinking enough water ...but hearing how well you’ve done and that your weightloss was slightly behind mine is a comfort ...as long as im on the right track i’ll chill out a bit thanks for your help ❤️

Thanks again i’ll download my fitness pal i wasnt able to drink much water but this week i seem to be able to actually get 2 litres in a day which i great the nurse/dietican is calling today for my six week check so i’ll have chat with her maybe drinking more water will help thanks again

Thank you so much for your reply this is my first post Im 45 years old 5ft 4 17st 2lbs on day of surgery And the surgery i had was a gastric sleeve i was panicking because i’ve already had a few stalls and other people seem to be loosing big chunks of weight at once unlike me ...but thanks again for the reply i’ll relax abit now
