  1. Hi, I was sleeved on 12/22/20. I’m just now finishing up my soft food stage and will be slowly (and nervously) heading back into regular foods next week. Any tips? Also any thoughts on what kind of diet is best for early post-op sleeve patients (keto, paleo, normal low carb diet) Thanks!
  2. Hey - wanted to check in how your’e doing. First couple of days were rough and painful. But last couple days have been good. Struggled to get liquid down at first, it that seems to be dissipating. Felt “full” on liquid for the first time today how is your recovery coming along?
  3. Hi - scheduled for 12/22. One week through liquid diet with one more week to go. Liquid diet is really wearing me down physically. Any tips for getting through this last week? Also waiting for the nervousness to set in
