  1. Awesome!! How are you feeling? I'm definitely excited but, anxious. I'm having the gastric sleeve. What does your liquid diet consist of? Did you stock up on any items for after surgery? I haven't yet, don't know if I should or really what to get [emoji23] I have a ton of protein shakes though.
  2. My sleeve surgery scheduled for 4/8 also! What kind of surgery are you having (sleeve, bypass, duoswitch). I haven't started any pre-op diet yet, I go to my drs on 4/1 to get those instructions. What about you?
  3. Me too! Mine will be on 4/8/21! I'm right there with you... I'm excited and nervous! Here's hoping we don't get rescheduled[emoji1695][emoji1695] it's been a long road!
  4. My surgery is scheduled 4/8. I'm excited but, also super nervous [emoji27]. What are you guys packing for the hospital? Are ya'll stocking up on liquids (broth and protein shakes etc.) now?
  5. Hello, Soo...I have Aetna and they did require the twelve sessions but, my doctor's office allowed me to do up to 3 a week. You might mention or show them where it states in your policy that the duration is flexible. I don't believe you should have to do it over a year time frame. Good luck!!
