I don’t think you have failed at life at all, if anything you have taken it by the horns and are steering it in the direction you want to go! I have a 13 year old and he said to me the other day ‘I think you are really brave for doing this mum’ I was ready for not really understanding Instead I got the opposite. We all make these choices for ourselves for different reasons. We wouldn’t think that someone taking depression/anxiety meds had failed just they needed a little help.
I am one day post op and feel on top of the world in my decision, albeit very gingerly stood there.
I wish you all the best with your weight loss journey xx

It was my first surgery too. Don't be scared - it will be fine. You will have pain medicine to help alleviate the pain. In fact, I only used my pain medicine for the first three days after I got home from the hospital. Sure the first few weeks are uncomfortable, but not bad.
Getting the sleeve is one of the best decisions I've made in my life.
You got this! You can do this! ?
