    Hi, I'll be your friend! I just found these forums; in fact, this is my first post. My surgery date is January 5, so I'll be having my sleeve exactly one week and one day after you. I started a year ago at 301 lbs. Now at 274. Hoping to take off another few before surgery, but as long as I can maintain through the holidays I'll be happy. Goal weight? Um. No idea, to be honest. I've been fat my whole life, so I can't really conceive of myself as straight-sized!
