  1. I went back to work 2 days post op . I have a desk job and would not recommend this. As your job is laborious with the volume of weight you must lift your stomach muscles are not healed enough at 3 weeks post op. The recommended period for laborious work is 6-8 weeks post op.
  2. Hello All I am new to this forum. I am 6 weeks post op and have lost about 30 lbs. My issue is that I need to have an intake of 90 grams protein and am not hitting it. I am eating protein rich food weighing everything, drinking shakes and eating yogurt. My problem is that most protein shakes make me fill ill. Even the yogurt turns my stomach. I am also allergic to milk so everything is lactose and milk free. Any ideas would be appreciated.
