That’s exactly how I feel. Sometimes zofran helps but I don’t like taking those because they can cause constipation.

Yes I'm taking my vitamins and I get 60g of protein from shakes. I think I'm just pushing it too hard...

No I havent tried protein snacks on the floor. We cant have food on the floor and I think that could be a problem breaks are 3 1/2 hours a part, that c I eat protein snacks on break but breaks are 3 1/2 hrs a part. That could be the problem. Not eating enough on breaks because I have to eat small and slow and then working hard. I may just need to find another job

Before surgery I was working in a warehouse working 12hr shift with all the extra weight with no problems. Now that I've had surgery and lost 55lbs I can not do it. Last night was my first night back on a job. My feet and back were paining but that's expected because I'm getting back into standing for long periods of time. Around the 8th hour I started to get weak dizzy and my ears started ringing. I tried drinking water and body armour lite to see if it would help but it didnt so I got sent home to avoid passing out or hurting myself or someone else. I'm not even sure if I should go back. Im so hurt, mad and frustrated that I had the surgery to have a better quality of life and now I feel weak. I've cried for hours wondering why? I had surgery September 23. I've been experiencing a sudden onset of nausea and extra saliva. It sends me running to the bathroom to vomit but sometimes I dont, I just have to spit out the extra saliva and after a few minutes I'm good. Please tell me what could this be Sent from my SM-A102U using BariatricPal mobile app
