Not sure if this is helpful but here it goes, i have been doing a protein shake in the morning, a high protein low cal soup at lunch and a lean cuisine at night with a side salad i also have a yogurt for snack and i have lost 21 pounds in a month

In my opinion i feel it was wrong for your Dr to attempt to make a profit from a patient outside of surgery.

I understand you there but I convinced myself that if i start now before the actual date it wont be such a shock to my system later??

that is my fear as well, I meet with the doctor in a couple of weeks and so afraid she will tell she dont know when it may happen
