  1. The EXACT same thing happened to me after having a half banana in my smoothie- the surgeon said it would be okay to try. Since then, I have really watched my sugar intake. I do not want to go through that again......
  2. My plan doesn't really cover snacks so I guess it isn't an option. I don't want to get into bad habits at all. Thanks for the input
  3. I have had revision from lapband to gastric bypass 6 weeks ago. I am trying to learn my new norm. One question though, what are some decent go to snacks? I have gotten hungry a couple of times. Any ideas?
  4. AGREED. I had revision to bypass on 9.04. You have to get the protein into your body. Shakes, scoops in water....whatever it takes. When you do that you will feel better.....
