Thanks for Your advice, today starts day 15 I’ma little afraid to move on to puréed foods, I’ve struggled with just simple yogurt but my surgeon said I can advance. This is definitely a struggle! But hey for the first time in 5 years I’m under 300, so my struggle hasn’t been in vain!

Today is the start of day 14 and I’m struggling. I haven’t come close to getting my protein in and I can definitely feel the fatigue. Any tips wold be greatly appreciated.
