  1. The gas pains were with me for over a week, they will go away soon!!!
  2. Hi, I am really new to all of this, I had lap band on May 9, 2008 and I am having trouble with my appetite. I think it is hard to get all the protein in the they say you should have on a daily basis. I can not eat any beef because the thought of it just makes me sick. I eat fish about all the time and sometimes I get chicken in my diet, but I seem to choke on chicken.:w00t: Is this common to lose your appetite for the things that were once a part of your diet?
