    I had surgery the same day, and had INTENSE shoulder and neck pain from the gas. Walk walk walk walk! I’m so sorry! It hurts, but does do better with movement! Good job on the fluids and protein! I’m super excited I’m hitting 48 oz today! Good luck! also, was feeling all kinds of pressure last night, and choked down some chamomile tea, which seemed to help.
