  1. What type of exercise is everyone doing? Right now I'm just walking. I would like to incorporate weight lifting at some point.
  2. Thank you! This is very helpful.
  3. Thanks for the suggestions!
  4. Thanks! This is very helpful
  5. Thanks for clarifying. You make good points.
  6. Thanks I will check it out. I haven't tried a lot of food yet. I've been basically living off quiche.
  7. Yes ground foods are easier to get down. I had meatloaf and only had to throw it up once and that's because I think I ate too much.
  8. I'm 8 weeks. You're right maybe I need to go back a step.
  9. Very helpful. Thanks!
  10. I'm not look to gorge myself on cookies. I want to eat healthy but I also what to know if I can have a small piece of cake on a special occasion like a birthday. But I get your point.
  11. Yes. This helps a lot thank you!
  12. I'm glad you got in touch with your team. They'll figure out what's going. Keep us posted.
  13. I had the sleeve but I had it revised to the gastric bypass. I have gone 10 days once without having a bm. I don't have cramps I feel nothing like I don't have to go.
  14. I'm struggling with my BM's as well. My nurse says I should be going every three days.
  15. I hope your body acclimates soon too. I'm surprised you're dumping at the puree stage even with following it exactly. I haven't dumped yet. I hope I never do. Would you say its like having the flu?
  16. Yes thank you. This gives me some understanding with what to expect if I do dump which I'm hoping I don't ever have to experience it. I've always had stomach problems from the time I was young. I would get sick everyday until I found out I was lactose intolerant. So I'm use to the cramping and the diarrhea. I was wondering if that's what it feels like. It wasn't like the pain was so bad I couldn't take it. It was just unpleasant. But people are saying its really really bad which scares me.
  17. I don't want to feel deprived. I want to have a little every now and then.
  18. Good to know. Thanks!
