  1. Everything is gonna be fine! I was banded June 16th and I was so nervous - I had asthma attacks 2 nights before surgery which lasted 6 hrs because I was panicking so much!!!! After surgery I was thinking - what???? All that panicking for nothing!!!! I don't deal well with pain either and I was fine. (Not that much pain) I am glad I did this and you will be too! So just try to relax because you have nothing to worry about :thumbup: Jodie

  3. Oh that sounds really good, good for you for excercising! Oh yeah I have been drinking lots of Water :rolleyes2: Forgot to mention that! Bit worried though cause it feels like I am getting a cold - Hopefully it's nothing!

  5. Hey everyone :behindsofa: I'm Jodie, aged 27 and from Sydney, Australia. I live with my fiance and do shift work (graveyard) in a call centre (sitting on my butt all night). I have surgery in 5 days and I need a buddy cause I find when i have encouragement it keeps me on track a bit better. I would guess and say i need to lose 180 pounds (I hope that's do-able) I would love someone who has been successful in losing a similar ammount of weight.
