Awesome I will have to look into the Isopure because I really don’t like power protein either. My Current weight is 306lbs, Height 5’3 BMI is 54. My goal weight is 160lbs. Why are you choosing bypass now above the sleeve?

I have not started my pre-op diet yet. I have 2 weeks before surgery until I can start. I have been eating less for about a week and a half so that hopefully it I won’t be so hungry when doing the diet. I can eat one meal a day. 150g of protein and no more than 30g of carbs is my goal. I am from Atlanta, GA. Where are you from? We can be nervous together ?

Hello Everyone, I just got my surgery date set for August 26th, 2020. I am having the Gastric Bypass surgery. I am feeling a bit nervous but I excited at the same time. I am new here so any tips or general chats are welcome ?
