    I know it's hard rn. I had to stay in the hospital for a week cause I couldn't drink so I say try to drink if you can. Walk walk walk. Gas gets easier as time goes by and you can take gas x. It will get better. I'm almost a year out. Sent from my IN2017 using BariatricPal mobile app
