  1. I am going to get the chocolate and mango! I’ll let you all know how it goes. Thanks
  2. Good morning! This is my first day I am able to drink smoothies. I made my smoothie with my vanilla flavored protein and was so disappointed! I can NOT stomach the protein. Not sure if I’d even be able to stomach the flavorless protein powders because the ones I’ve tried also have a taste. They all taste like milk(which I do not enjoy drinking). Are there any supplements or anything else I can take to get my protein in during this phase?
  3. I feel the EXACT same way!!!!! Day 4 post op and I’m feeling totally fine(besides soreness of incisions). I’m curious to know if anyone else experienced this too!
  4. Were you low BMI going into surgery?
  5. Hey! I had my sleeve done July 15th and although I am not experiencing stomach pain, my back does hurt when I drink too fast(not sure why).
