    The protein shakes are making me gag! So nauseous when I try to drink protein shakes and protein powder. Anyone else have suggestions to get protein?? Also can I eat purée bananas? I had low potassium level and ended up staying in the hospital 2 extra days and got 7 iv doses of potassium.
