I’m 5 weeks post op today. I lost zero pounds week 3 and 4, which was discouraging but I anticipated happening. Down 4 this morning so I think my stall has broken! Down 34 total and feeling really great.

I’m having surgery tomorrow!!! ??

Hi, we are having the same surgery the same day. Good luck to you. I’m on a liquid diet as well this week. What state are u in? I’m in Michigan. I can’t wait to be post op either. ☺️ I will add you to my prayer list!??

Omg just checked my insurance website. I was approved!! I am so excited!!! Began this journey in June 2019. Surgery delayed due to covid19. NYC was hit so hard. My main focus was to stay safe despite normal feelings of disappointment. Surgery 6/29/2020. I am sooooooo delighted. The time is always right.




Also just for context, Mypaperwork was submitted on Monday, took 2 days to be approved. 

Just found this site and am super pumped! My surgery is on the 23rd of June and I am having a gastric bypass. I can't wait to be on the other side of surgery and get off these optifast shakes, but it is so worth it!
