The surgery went well.
No problems at all. I Have a beautiful reminder of it, no pain, no downsides.
For the past 3 years, i was able to eat anything and day after day I was able to increase the amount of food able to eat for each Meal.
After 1 year I was able to eat an Entire Big Mac, without any problem.
The capacity of the stomach is gone, but I am always hungry, always. Physically and psychologically.
The hungry pain never went away for me, for this reason, I basically eat all day long at every hour, the pain is too strong to stay empty stomach.
My reflux got worst since day one of the surgery.
Despite the need to eat all the time I never gain back the weight like before the surgery, usually after my diets, I gain my weight back in a month, this time after 3 years I am still happy about the weight.
I was not happy about myself what I was 77 kg (the day of the surgery) to skinny and always looked tired.
Right now I am 90 and I would be happy to back to my 83 kg (the ideal weight for me right now at 50)
Downsides start to show up back 3 months ago when something happened (coronavirus lockdown maybe?) when I start to have frequent tachycardia, strong reflux and I am not able to eat almost anything without feeling miserable for the entire day. I already lost 5 kg in a week, because I am not able to eat anything....
So i open this account to share my story and to get some help from other people!
