Maaar

Been a long road to this point already, had to put off surgery for months because of covid. Excited to start this real journey.
Started this whole thing because as I've aged and gained some my knee would always get hurt if I worked out, and set me back. While laid up, the weight would go up more, then another knee setback, then more weight. 
One day I was 350 lbs just gave up trying to work out because my knee couldn't take it, and they wouldn't do surgery on it yet. And I belonged up to 390 lbs.
Then my wife was actually preferred for this procedure, and I thought about it for me and had a realization. If I were to somehow diet really well and lose 40 lbs (a tall order), I would still be so heavy that my knee couldn't take it. It was time to do something for my health, or else I might be dying in my 50s. 
So here I am starting out post surgery I'm excited for where this will take me.
