  1. Hi everyone my name is Paula and I'm 35 I had gastric bypass on 31 January this year. I am concerned about my hair loss I had thick long curly hair before surgery and now I am loosing so much of my hair that is more upsetting than loose skin. They become brittle and Matt. I am taking all my vitamins and I was taking them post op too. I dont know what else I can do to help my hair. Any advice?
  2. I was due to come on my period before surgery but I think due to stress I was delayed for a week. On day surgery didnt have period but got it day after. It definitely is uncomfortable but it keeps you mobilised and back to yourself faster. I was worried it will mess up my surgery but I was fine.
