    Get the gas-x that melts on the tongue and keep it handy. I was banded on May 29 and my surgeon said to use it. Walk and use this stuff and it should help out alot. Hang in there and best of luck.

    Hi was baned on May 29th and everything went great. I have been on liquids for 8 days and a piece of cake:lol:. The ANY WHEY is tasteless and mixes up great. I wish you the very best of luck Barb:thumbup:
