  3. Hi everyone I'm new to this group. My journey started because I pretty much let myself go. I'm on multiple medications and I was eating more than I thought. Before I knew it I was 4'11" 180lb. This was the heaviest I had ever been. My health was a mess but I'm not going to sit here and blame my medications, people doctors etc, my problem was myself and my mouth. A year later I'm at 112lb and still being healthy and keeping my super small portions. Drinking my shakes when I go into starvation mode because I'm afraid to gain weight again. Other than that I'm super grateful and happy with what I have accomplished so far.
