    I'm just curious what everyone buys when they go to the grocery store. Gives me more options. They told me to up my protein and cut my carbs.

    I've been doing the sugar free jello and popsicles. I'll definitely try the fudgesicles! I just have trouble finding the sugar free popsicles alot.

    I'm getting ready to have gastric sleeve done. I've got to loose 10 pounds before my surgery. I need to know what to buy at the grocery store? I'm not a big meat eater and I'm having trouble finding groceries and things to snack on. Thanks!
